Abel-OS Terms of Use & User Agreement Effective Date: August 19, 2026 Last Updated: August 19, 2026 Welcome to Abel-OS, a platform provided by Agarenzo Business Enterprises LLC, doing business as Abel (“Abel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Abel-OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and User Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Abel-OS. 1. Purpose of Abel-OS Abel-OS is designed to help individuals, organizations, and other users explore ideas, define objectives, organize information, evaluate possibilities, develop plans, and identify potential paths toward a desired outcome. The platform may generate or present information including, but not limited to, questions, observations, analyses, strategic considerations, recommendations for consideration, potential courses of action, planning concepts, resource considerations, and other outputs. These outputs are intended to support the user's thinking, planning, and decision-making process. They are not automatically a formal recommendation, endorsement, approval, directive, or professional determination by Abel. 2. Abel-OS Does Not Automatically Create a Professional Relationship Your use of Abel-OS, including entering information, completing an assessment, generating an analysis, receiving a report, or interacting with an Abel-OS feature, does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, agency, professional, or contractual relationship between you and Abel beyond the rights and obligations expressly established by these Terms. Use of Abel-OS does not constitute an engagement of Abel to provide professional services unless such services are expressly established through a separate written agreement. 3. Strategic Guidance and Abel Validation Abel-OS may produce information or strategic guidance based on information supplied by the user and other information available to the system. Until a user enters into a formal written agreement with Abel for applicable services, Abel does not represent that strategic guidance, proposed courses of action, analyses, plans, recommendations, or other outputs generated through Abel-OS have been independently validated, verified, reviewed, approved, or endorsed by Abel. Accordingly, users should independently evaluate Abel-OS outputs before relying upon or acting on them. Abel may, at its discretion and pursuant to a separate agreement, provide additional review, validation, strategic guidance, planning, implementation, or other professional services. The scope of such services, if any, will be determined by the applicable agreement. 4. Contracted Users For purposes of Abel-OS, a Contracted User” means a user who has entered into a current written agreement with Abel for specified services. Certain services or capabilities—including, where applicable, professional review, validation, strategic guidance, implementation assistance, or other services—may be available only to Contracted Users and only to the extent expressly identified in the applicable agreement. Becoming a user of Abel-OS does not automatically make a person a Contracted User. 5. User Responsibility You are responsible for determining whether information generated by Abel-OS is appropriate for your particular circumstances. Before taking action that could materially affect your finances, business, employment, legal interests, safety, health, property, or other significant interests, you should obtain appropriate advice or verification from qualified professionals when appropriate. You remain responsible for decisions made and actions taken based upon information obtained through Abel-OS. 6. No Guarantee of Results Abel-OS is intended to facilitate the development and exploration of possibilities. Abel does not guarantee that any objective, strategy, plan, recommendation, or proposed course of action will produce a particular result. Results may depend upon circumstances, resources, timing, decisions, execution, market conditions, third parties, and numerous other factors outside Abel's control. 7. Information Accuracy Abel seeks to provide useful and meaningful information through Abel-OS; however, information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misunderstood, or unsuitable for a particular circumstance. Users should verify material information before relying upon it. Abel does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of every output generated through Abel-OS. 8. Third-Party Information and Resources Abel-OS may identify, reference, or suggest third-party services, products, organizations, resources, or information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Abel does not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, availability, performance, or suitability of third-party resources. A reference or suggestion does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Abel. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abel and its owners, members, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for losses, damages, costs, claims, or consequences arising from or related to a user's reliance upon, interpretation of, or actions taken based upon information or outputs generated through Abel-OS, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. 10. Intellectual Property Abel-OS, including its software, systems, methodology, framework, branding, designs, written materials, processes, and underlying concepts, is owned by or licensed to Abel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of Abel-OS does not transfer ownership of Abel's intellectual property to you. Information and content you independently provide to Abel-OS remain yours, subject to any separate agreement or applicable terms governing the use and processing of that information. 11. Appropriate Use You agree to use Abel-OS lawfully and responsibly. You may not use Abel-OS to engage in unlawful activity, attempt to compromise or interfere with the platform, circumvent security measures, infringe the rights of others, or use the platform in a manner that could reasonably harm Abel, its users, or third parties. 12. Changes to Abel-OS and These Terms Abel may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of Abel-OS or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise made available through Abel-OS, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of Abel-OS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Separate Agreements Certain Abel products, consulting services, subscriptions, programs, or other offerings may be governed by additional terms or a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement expressly applies to a particular service, that agreement will govern the services covered by that agreement to the extent of any conflict with these Terms. 14. Acknowledgment By using Abel-OS, you acknowledge that you understand that the platform is designed to assist with exploration, planning, and decision-making; that Abel-OS outputs are not automatically validated or endorsed by Abel; and that formal validation, strategic guidance, or other professional services are provided only when expressly established through an applicable agreement with Abel.
